Overall clean hotel, liked to be really close to home made jams and preserves made from fruit grown on the property, the township, and all New Zealand thanks to great and stunning location. The whole room was reasonably spacious with a very good bed as well as a nice view.

Fabulous rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was best.

Nicely decorated hotel in a rural area just off Clyde and the Ottago Central Rails to Trail, a pretty well maintained garden and all New Zealand. Immaculate & large room, central heating, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities in there. Marvellous and scrumptious breakfasts even with homemade bread.

The hotel was beautifully designed and modern, good value, just what we needed. Well-appointed room, quiet complete with a very good bed, a nice view, liked it. A lot of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone.

the breakfast is awesome and fantastic even with homemade bread, has great food.
